I’m a brand and messaging mentor to female entrepreneurs (or those aspiring to be) who desperately want to operate from the heart – to actually feel good about what you’re building and how – but can’t seem to escape from hustle culture, bro-marketing and otherwise inauthentic approaches to building a business.

I know what it feels like trying to dance between strategy and intuition.

To feel torn between tried-and-true methods versus doing what just feels right for you.

When you’re in your own head, feeling overwhelmed with just wanting a clear answer to “But what should I do?!” it’s easy to become paralyzed by imposter syndrome and caught up in endless comparison traps.

How do I know? Because friend, I have sooo been there. Not too long ago, I was you.

Even as someone with a 15+-year career spent developing marketing and content strategies for Fortune 100 companies, I learned quickly that having success in my own business required something very different. It required more of me.

After months of trying to do things strategically by the book, following the formulas I used in corporate mixed with what I saw others doing, I felt mounting pressure and a growing disconnect from what inspired me to start a business in the first place.

It was only after surrendering to my own intuition and bringing my whole self to my brand that everything clicked into place.

And by “clicked into place,” I don’t just mean success in my business. I also mean clarity and inner peace about what I was doing and why, at a level that opened the floodgates to inspired content that flowed out of me naturally, ways of serving my community that I couldn’t be more excited about, and even (gasp!) enjoying social media.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women build brands and businesses that embody their whole selves — not just the surface-level bits we see in our social media feed. And definitely not just another watered down, replica version of what we think we’re supposed to be.

Because here’s what I know to be true:

If the thing on your heart persists — whether it’s starting a new business or evolving an existing one to next-level magic — showing up in your full expression is the fastest pathway there.

And that means taking into account your definition of success and what feels genuine and authentic for you.

Then and only then do we invite strategy and tactics to the table (and when that time comes for you, I am here for it and ready to roll up my sleeves).
